(I don't remember for sure, but I think I had not left Disk Utility open I just started to realize that ChronoSync and "CS" in the disk image names was suspicious). So I quit, relaunched, and this is when I saw in Disk Utility that the images had remounted on that second launch of ChronoSync. By the way, don't let the fact this says Level 2 cause you to simplify your response. These don't seem to be causing any issues but I had never noticed them before.
