Review, negotiate and draft contracts and associated documents to support McCormick's business activities.

Advise Human Relations and business leaders on all labor and employment law areas, including employment policies, performance management and termination, recruiting and hiring, disability accommodations, leave management, employee privacy, discrimination claims, collective bargaining agreements, union grievance and arbitration proceedings, company response to unionizing campaigns, compensation and benefit plans, workers’ compensation and unemployment compensation matters, and wage and hour matters.
